If you root your Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, you can then remove some of the bloatware manually, or even take it one step further and flash a custom ROM aka an entirely new version of Android onto the phone. Here’s how to root the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus Before You Begin This will erase the phone, so backup anything you don’t want to lose before getting started. This tutorial requires Windows as the Samsung flashing software, Odin, is for Windows only.
